Last updated: 2026-07-28
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Minecraft Pixel Art generator (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
The Service is an online tool that converts images and text prompts into Minecraft-style pixel art, and lets you export the results as .schematic, .litematic, and block-list files for use in Minecraft. Generation and export consume credits, which you can obtain through a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Not an Official Minecraft Product
The Service is not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Service is an independent tool and does not distribute any game files or assets owned by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
User Content
You are responsible for any image you upload and any text prompt you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to generate and return pixel art to you. We do not claim ownership over the content you submit.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload or submit content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to generate imagery that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or API.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, or abuse credits, subscriptions, or API access.
Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing
Credits are consumed when you generate or export pixel art. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly). One-time purchases are charged once at the time of purchase. Unused credits may expire according to the plan you purchased. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy. We may revoke credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, original features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Pixel art you generate belongs to you, subject to any rights of third parties in the source content. Minecraft game assets remain the property of Mojang Studios and Microsoft.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including any loss arising from the use of generated files in Minecraft.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
